Terms of Service

Last updated: April 26, 2026

Welcome to utahwaterwells.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the lead-routing service operated by Utah Water Wells ("we," "our," "us"). By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.

What we provide

Utah Water Wells is a free online tool that:

We do not drill wells or perform pump service ourselves. Final pricing, scope, and timing are determined by the licensed driller you choose to hire.

Estimates are not binding quotes

The cost figures shown by our calculator are market-rate estimates, not binding quotes. They are based on aggregated public data and typical pricing across our partner network. Actual prices depend on site conditions, formation type, depth requirements, water-quality treatment needs, and other factors that can only be assessed by a driller after a site visit. We make no warranty as to the accuracy of any estimate, and we are not a party to any contract you enter with a driller.

Lead routing

When you submit a service or estimate request, your contact information and request details are forwarded to the verified Utah-licensed driller assigned to your county. We do not sell or share your information for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for details.

SMS Messaging Program

Program name: Utah Water Wells Service Notifications
Program description: Outbound SMS notifications sent to contracted partner well-drilling and pump-service technicians when a customer submits an emergency service request through utahwaterwells.com. Each message contains the customer's name, address, callback phone number, and a brief description of the reported issue, so the partner technician can respond per their service commitment.

Recipients: This SMS program is strictly business-to-business. Recipients are vetted, contracted Utah-licensed well-service technicians who have provided express written consent during partner onboarding to receive emergency lead notifications at their business cell number. The SMS program is not available to or directed at the general public; consumers will not receive marketing or notification SMS from this program.

Message frequency: Variable. Partner technicians receive a message only when a customer submits an emergency request via our website. Volume is typically less than 5 messages per partner per week.

Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply, charged by the recipient's carrier. Utah Water Wells does not charge recipients for messages.

Opt-out: Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once opted out, no further messages will be sent. Recipients may resume notifications by replying START.

Help: Recipients may reply HELP to any message to receive Utah Water Wells contact information.

Support contact: For questions about the SMS program, email [email protected] or call (435) 538-4303.

Customer phone calls

If you submit a service or estimate request that includes your phone number, you consent to receive a return phone call (and potentially a follow-up SMS) from the assigned partner driller regarding that specific request. We do not use your phone number for marketing.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site to submit false information, harass partner drillers, scrape or copy our content programmatically, attempt to disrupt the service, or violate any applicable law.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we use authoritative public data sources, we make no representation about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any information shown.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Utah Water Wells shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any work performed by a partner driller. Our total liability shall not exceed $100.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
